Lauren is regularly sought after to design high-level global strategies, concepts, creative, and content solutions for luxury, hospitality, wellness, real estate, retail, and entertainment brands. Since founding Bottled Lightning, she has advised major projects for the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia, Boston Consulting Group, and iconic brands like Major Food Group. Her work includes developing global brand strategies, creative concepts, data-driven initiatives, and placemaking for large-scale destinations, as well as building teams and scaling brand positioning.
As Chief Marketing Officer for Atlantis, Paradise Island, Lauren redefined the resort's 360-degree brand strategy, driving a +45% YOY growth in just ten months. She led efforts in paid, owned, and earned brand strategy, content development, brand partnerships, and cultural initiatives across multiple platforms, including TV, digital, OTT, and social media.
Lauren also served as Interim CMO at Morgans Hotel Group, reinventing the media landscape for global properties, and held senior strategic roles at Kerzner International, where she played a key role in the development of Atlantis and One&Only brands. She led the launch of Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai, driving global positioning and a landmark event.
Her career spans roles at IPG Mediabrands, Interpublic Group, and Gemstar-TV Guide, where she shaped programmatic and content-driven media strategies, and at Edelman, where she pioneered the agency’s entertainment marketing division.
